CINCINNATI (AP) - Shayne Graham booted four field goals and Rudi Johnson scored on a one-yard run as the Bengals beat the St. Louis Rams 19-10 on a cold and rainy day in Cincinnati.

Graham made field goals from 27, 38, 32 and 46 yards.

Rams quarterback Brock Berlin completed 17 of 28 passes for 153 yards. He was making his first regular-season appearance starting in place of the injured Marc Bulger (BUHL'-jur).

The Rams' lone touchdown came on Fakhir (fah-KEER') Brown's 36-yard interception return in the third quarter.

Cincinnati improves to 5-8 while the Rams drop to 3-10.
